Villa Mimosa is located in the lovely resort of Playa Blanca, on the southern most tip of Lanzarote. The villa is in a prime location in a quiet residential area. The terrace faces south and makes a great spot for enjoying a long drink.

Villa Mimosa is a luxury villa, completed in August 2006 with marble floors throughout and has been furnished to a high standard and sleeps 4,plus infant. The villa enjoys its own heated pool which ensures water temperatures of around 28c, Approx a couple of minutes walk from spectacular coastline and the coastal path which leads into the town. The villa makes a great base for a family holiday. Accommodation consists of a large entrance hall, master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, family bathroom, well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area and second lounge. The garden is enclosed and safe.

Bedrooms:	Master bedroom with king-size bed, large fitted wardrobes, fan, dressing table and French doors leading to terrace. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes, fan both overlook pool and garden.
Bathrooms:	En-suite bathroom to master bed with large vanity unit,WC, bath with overhead shower. Second family bathroom has large vanity unit, safe,WC, with walk-in shower.
Kitchen:	Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with good quality crockery/glassware etc, electric oven, full hob with extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, dishwasher, ample storage. We also provide plastic tableware for children
Utility Room:	Automatic front load washer, ironing board, iron, broom etc.
Living Rooms:	The lounge. Two sofas, coffee table, Lcd TV with Sky (children's channels). DVD player, CD player. Sliding door opening onto south facing terrace. A selection of children’s DVDs, toys and games. There are books too.
Other:	Dining area with large table and padded chairs, to seat up to 6 people. We can also hire bikes for adults and older children. please ask for details.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Good quality towels and linen included, both changed weekly. Pool cleaned weekly. Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own cot bedding or ask if you need it provided, thanks.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Currency Conversion Prices are based on 2 people sharing. Please add a further £50 per additional person up to a maximum of 4 people (plus infant). Children under 5 years are free (1 per booking).

The pool heater, safe, highchair and cot are all included in the price.

Changeover day is flexible. arrive after 2.00pm and vacate by 10.00am.

Welcome packs are available on request, paid locally

There is a bond of 50 euro per rental which will be returned when the villa has been checked at the end of your holiday. when you are vacating the villa we will come to the villa and have a final look around the villa and if everything is okay we will give you 50 euros back in cash.
