rental which

will come to

and have a
final look

is okay we
will give

back in

Notes on
accommodation
The
accommodation
is spacious
and well
fitted with
good quality
equipment
throughout.
We provide
a cot (we have
2 if 2
needed),
highchair
and bed
guard all
free of
charge.
The villa is
also
equipped
with a
turtle alarm
for the
swimming
pool (child
alarm for
extra safety
around the
pool).
There
is a large
information
folder
within the
villa which
is there to
help guests
with the
locations of
good places
to eat out,
local shops,
places of
interest,
things to
do, where
you can get
a good
takeaway and
other local
information
that may be
of use on
your
holiday.

Accessibility
The
floor plan is
on one level
making ideal
for the
elderly,
infirm and
children.
The villa
has private
parking
within its
grounds and
the
surrounding
area is
level and
very
accessible.
The swimming
pool has a
hand rail at
the steps to
help access
into/out of
the pool.
OUTSIDE
Large south
facing
terraces
complete
with a 7
seated hot
tub/Jacuzzi
(with 60
jets and
mood
lighting to
enjoy a
glass of
wine in the
evening),
electrically
heated
pool set to
maintain a
temperature
around 28c,
large garden
which is
completely
walled
creating an
enclosed
space for
young
children and
very safe.
Ample
outdoor
seating and
lounges
(private
sunbathing)
and
a barbeque
to enjoy on
a nice
evening.
Please note
one of the
special
features of
the villa is
that the
pool is
treated with
a natural
salt system
which
reduces the
harmful
effects of
chlorine on
your
skin/eyes.
This is a
natural
water
treatment
process and
is
especially
good for
children or
people with
sensitive
skin. You
should be
aware that
very few
other villas
have this
system
installed.
There are
spaces for 2
cars outside
the villa.
Artificial
grass - for
the children
to play on
safely and a
wooden
climbing
frame with
slide and 2
swings to
keep them
amused, why
you can
relax in the
sun.
Swinging
wooden
hammock - to
sit and
admire the
sea views
and sunsets.
Coast/Beach
Rugged
coastline
and paved
coastal path
2 mins walk.
It is
possible to
walk into
Playa Blanca
along the
coastal path,
which is
paved and
suitable for
pushchairs,
a slow walk
takes about
35 mins. It
offers
plenty of
opportunity
to stop for
refreshment
and the
views can
make the
walk take a
lot longer!
Nearest
beach 5 mins
drive,
famous
Papagayo
beaches 10
mins.
Playa Blanca
has a number
of small
cove like
beaches
within the
resort area
which are
ideal for
children.
Short walk
to local
lighthouse.
GOLF
Golf 40 mins
drive away
or there is
a
golf course
is 5 mins
drive away
under

to be
finished

dive schools
within
walking
distance of
the villa.
There is
bike rental
available in
Playa
Blanca.
The costal
path runs
from one end
of Playa
Blanca to
the other,
with great
sea views
all the way,
ideal for
keen
walkers.
Travel
Arrecife
airport 30
mins. Car
hire
recommended
for easy
access to
main resort
and
supermarkets.
Local car
hire charges
are
reasonable.
There are
flights
going to Lanzarote
nearly
everyday.
we can also
offer
personal
transfers,
where will
pick you up
from the
airport and
take you to
the villa
and when
your holiday
is over we
pick you up
again and
take you
back to the
airport.
This would
mean no
waiting for
taxis or
getting lost
On arrival
we would
show you
around the
villa and
answer any
questions
you may have
The
price is 80
euros for 4
people from
the airport
and back to
the airport,
we also have
a child seat
and boosters if
required.
Distances
A
small
selection of
shops/restaurants
are within a
7 mins walk
of the
property
where you
can purchase
all your
holiday
essentials.
And in the
same
location
there are
four local
bars which
are a great
place to
unwind and
some serve
food (with
all major
sporting
events and
pool table) &
a bakery
(cakes to
die for).
The
spectacular
coastline is
just a 3
minute walk
from the
villa and is
a must visit
item during
your stay.
Playa Blanca
3km or 5
mins drive.
A taxi ride
into Playa
Blanca is
approx 3
euros. There
are plenty
of beach
activities
and
paragliding
ect. Fishing,
catamaran,
submarine
and glass
bottom boat
trips are
available
too.
A bus
service with
faro park
pick up's /
drop off's. The
bus is on a
loop which
goes from
one end of
Playa Blanca
to the
other, pay
your 1.5
euros and
stay on as
long as you
like, or get
off where
you want to,
lots of bus
stops around
the resort.
Further

Playa Blanca
is a relaxed
family
resort and
now has a
new multi
million
pound marina.
There is
relaxed
traffic free
shopping in
the
pedestrian's
high street,
behind the
sea front
restaurants.
There is a
choice of
supermarkets
within the
main resort
(directions
provided).
