Casa Maranda is located in the lovely resort of Playa Blanca, on the southern most tip of Lanzarote. The villa is in a prime frontal location in a quiet residential area. The terrace faces south and makes a great spot for enjoying a long drink whilst watching the view across the straits of La Bocaina to Fuerteventura, just a short ferry trip away. Casa Maranda is a luxury villa, completed in August 2006 with marble floors throughout and has been furnished to a high standard and sleeps 6 plus infant. The villa enjoys its own heated pool which ensures water temperatures of around 28c, there is also a 7 seater hot tub/Jacuzzi heating to 38c. Approx 150m from spectacular coastline and the coastal path which leads into the town. The villa makes a great base for a family holiday. Accommodation consists of a large entrance hall, master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, family bathroom, well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area and second lounge.
